By using Dicta you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Dicta. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the quotes and images you post. By posting, you allow Dicta to store, display and share them within the app and on this website so the service can work, including when other people share your cards. Only post words and images you have the right to share.

What is not allowed

• Harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech
• Nudity or sexual content
• Content that encourages self-harm or violence
• Spam, scams, impersonation or false information presented as fact
• Anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights

Dicta has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Quotes, comments and profiles containing slurs or explicit sexual terms can't be posted.

Reporting and blocking

You can report a quote, comment or person, and block anyone, from the ⋯ menu. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and remove people who post it.

The service

Dicta is provided as is. We work to keep it available and safe but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or end features over time.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
